Failure to address such issues prior to purchase may result in them not being resolved.
Preorder Process:
Items labeled as PREORDER require customers to acknowledge our terms and conditions by checking the designated box before completing their purchase. It is mandatory for all customers to review the terms and conditions specific to the preorder before checking out. Shipping timelines are detailed in each customer's order confirmation email. Once a preorder is placed, customers commit to waiting for the specified duration. Updates on preorder progress can be found on our Instagram account (@HEART2INSPIRE.CO). Emails regarding order progress will be responded to after the bulk order for that product is shipped.
Address/Shipping Issues:
Customers who provide incorrect shipping addresses and require our team to make changes will incur a $5.00 service fee. We understand the urgency of receiving your order but ensuring correct details prevents non-delivery. If an item is returned due to an invalid address or failure to claim the item, customers must contact us at support@heart2inspire.co and pay a $5.00 fee for re-shipping.
All Sales Are Final:
